The brief
A full renovation of Davenport Apartments in Tempe, Arizona, with a clear directive: shift the property to an upscale mid-century modern vibe.
With Arizona State University close by, the design speaks to a youthful college crowd — bold, colorful and social — while classic mid-century lines give the community a polished, upscale character.
