The brief
The Emily Center is a family resource library within Phoenix Children’s Hospital — a place where parents can research their child’s diagnosis, find help with lodging and airfare, and access other support resources.
The design intentionally steps away from the clinical feel of the surrounding hospital, creating a calm, welcoming respite where families can slow down, find answers and catch their breath during a difficult time.
